Welcome to Dirt Bike DXB. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and expectations that apply when you book, use, or participate in any of our dirt bike tours, rentals, events, or related services.
By accessing or booking our services (online, by phone, or in person), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
- Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official channels — website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Once your booking information and payment are received, we will send a booking confirmation with a unique reference number. Please check all details carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Eligibility and Participation
All participants must:
Be at least 18 years old to book and ride independently. Minors (under 18) may participate only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent, and must meet age and safety requirements for specific activities.
Provide accurate identity and contact information.
Be in reasonable physical health and capable of participating in the chosen activity.
We may refuse to participate if we believe you pose a risk to yourself, other participants, or our staff.
- Safety and Responsibility
Safety is our top priority. Before every tour or rental:
- You must attend a safety briefing and follow all instructions given by our guides or staff
- You must wear all required safety gear (helmet, protective clothing, etc.) at all times while riding
- You must follow designated routes and guidelines provided by the guide or leader
- Failure to follow safety instructions may result in termination of your activity without refund
You are responsible for your personal belongings during your experience. We recommend securing valuables or leaving them off the ride.
- Insurance and Liability
Participation in dirt bike activities and off-road adventures involves inherent risks. By booking and participating:
You acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
Dirt Bike DXB is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or as required by law.
We strongly recommend you obtain comprehensive travel and personal accident insurance that covers adventure activities.
Please be aware we do not provide personal accident insurance for customers unless explicitly stated.
- Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment processing fees and service charges may apply.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
- Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Our refund and cancellation terms are designed to be clear and fair:
Refund and Cancellation Requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, no-shows, or failure to attend on time are non-refundable and may be charged in full
- Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 24 hours before the activity. If rescheduling is accepted, the new date must be confirmed and any price difference paid.

- Weather, Operational Changes, and Unforeseen Circumstances
Tours and activities take place outdoors and may be affected by weather or operational conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any activity based on:
- Severe weather (e.g., sandstorms, heavy rain)
- Safety issues
- Vehicle or equipment malfunctions
- Government or regulatory advisories
If we cancel your activity for any such reason, you may choose a reschedule date or request a refund, as outlined in our refund terms.
- No-Show and Late Arrival Policy
Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows, and refunds will not be provided for activities missed due to lateness.
- Damage and Loss of Equipment
You are responsible for any damage to equipment or vehicles caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of instructions.
In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, you may be charged repair or replacement costs.
- Intellectual Property and Website Use
All content on the Dirt Bike DXB website including text, images, graphics, and logos — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates become effective once posted on our site.
Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
