Refund Policy
At Dirt Bike DXB, we are committed to providing an exceptional riding experience from the moment you book until your adventure ends. We understand that plans can change, so this policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all dirt bike tours and rentals.
- Cancelling or Modifying Your Booking
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp, email, or phone. Your cancellation or modification is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.
We recommend informing us early so we can assist you properly and offer the best available solution.
- Full Refund Eligibility
You may receive a full refund of your booking amount (excluding any third-party payment processing fees) if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity start time.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance allow us to reassign your booking slot, which is why we can offer a full refund in these circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity
- Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time (no-show)
- Late arrival resulting in missing the ride
- Choosing to leave or stop the experience early
- Same-day cancellations
Once your booking is confirmed, your time slot, equipment, and staff are reserved specifically for you. For this reason, last-minute cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Your Ride
If you wish to reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your original activity time.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date or time, subject to availability. If there is a price difference between your original booking and the new date or package, any additional amount must be paid before confirmation.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride may not be accepted and could be treated as a cancellation.
- Cancellations by Dirt Bike DXB
In rare situations, Dirt Bike DXB may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:
- Severe weather conditions or unsafe riding environments
- Mechanical issues
- Operational or safety concerns
- Government restrictions or regulations
If we cancel your booking, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost
We will inform you as early as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original booking.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any applicable transaction or payment processing fees may be deducted from the total refunded amount.
- Once the Ride Has Started
After a dirt bike tour or rental session has started, no refunds will be provided. Participation in the activity confirms acceptance of this policy.
